Breakfast Club and After School Club

 We recognise the importance of supporting our families with additional hours before and after school. We are pleased to be able to offer this at Redmarley Primary Academy. Please read below to gain a fuller understanding of all that we offer.

 

Breakfast Club

Our breakfast club is every day from 7.45am until the children start school. 

The children have the opportunity to play or chat whilst having a healthy breakfast of cereal, toast , milk or juice.  We encourage the children to take an active role in the preparation of their breakfast.

The cost of breakfast club is £3.95 per session.

Children are to be dropped off at the gate at the bottom of the school field, where an adult will greet them. The gate will open at 7.45.

If you arrive late then you will need to call the designated mobile number for breakfast and after school club. Drop off can be at the front entrance or the gate at the bottom of the filed. Please be aware that parking is available by the field gate.

Bookings must be made via the school office to enable us to ensure we have enough breakfast available admin@redmarley.gloucs.sch.uk.

 BREAKFAST CLUB STAFF

After School Club- Happy Stars (run in conjunction with Bromesberrow Primary Schhol)

 Our After School Club run from the end of the day until 5pm.   

After School Club charges are;

Session 1 – 3.15pm – 4.30pm - £7.00 per session

Session 2 – 3.15pm - 5.00pm - £9.00 per session

Session 3- 3.15pm- 6.00pm- £10.50 (dinner charged at an additional £2.50)

We ask that you contact admin@redmarley.gloucs.sch.uk to book a place for this club, however if your situation changes suddenly, please do ring and let us know. Pre-booking forms will be sent out for a half term, which we ask you to complete to secure your child's place and give as an understanding of care needed. It is essential that dinners are booked in advance (at least one week's notice required).

Children can attend extra-curricular clubs and then go onto After School Club afterwards.  

Please be mindful that we do charge a late fee charge of £5.00 up to 15 minutes late and £10.00 for over 15 minutes late if regular late collections occur. 

 Please read the Happy Stars brochure to learn a little more about the team and what they offer. We ask that you read our User Agreement to get a fuller understanding of the terms and conditions of the club- useful in terms of special needs, food, first aid and illness. 

REDMARLEY SPECIFIC CLUB STAFF 

All Pupils attending Redmarley Wrap Around Care MUST have a completed Registration Pack returned to the School Office at least 24 hours before they attend.
